About Terry Li

“…this sweet-natured photographer just put me at ease; she would not tell me to pull a fake smile or to pose like ‘Vogue’…instead she favours capturing little moments, which was nothing demanding…”

Sally

I love looking at pretty things, we all do.

I can easily spend a very long time looking at and melting into a photo that I love. It shows me a different aspect of life that you don’t normally see with the naked eye.

That’s why great photography is so powerful.

TELLING A STORY

I believe that photos need to tell a story. All the best ones do. It’s not good enough to just turn up on the day and start taking photos. I like to take a more active role.

That’s why I always meet my clients first – so I can get to know them and their needs. It helps me to bring out their personalities in the photos. I also try to find out every details of your wedding day beforehand too, so that I’m prepared to take the best photos possible.

My aim is to let you relive all your most precious experiences over and over again, and see the beauty in even the smallest things.

 POST-PRODUCTION

I don’t just press the shutter and forget about it either. I’m committed to post-production to make sure all the photos are of the highest quality.

BACKUP PLAN

Most cameras today are digital, and that opens up a whole host of potential technical failures – faulty memory card, system crash, loss of data, etc. Not only are the pictures at stake, but so is your happiness on your important day.

But don’t worry – I have backup plans in place to prepare for any potential disasters.

Click here to find out how I stop technical failures from spoiling your day.
